I once had an idea for a movie that was like Silence of The Lambs meets The Departed! The story centered around two female protagonists. One is a hard-edged and unorthodox narcotics officer who turns vigilante by going undercover to infiltrate a drug/sex-trafficking ring to find a missing girl and to also seek revenge for her murdered son. The other is a straight-laced and highly-intelligent FBI agent who is assigned to lead an elite team of special agents to track down a cunning but brilliant serial killer. The two young women investigations get tangled up together as well as their lives and they find themselves working together to solve a twisted puzzle of crime and mayhem when they realize that their cases are strangely but coherently connected together which leads them to uncover shocking truths! If I ever did write it,  I think Jennifer Lawrence and Rooney Mara would be Great as the Lead characters.

And after going to the sequel Hannibal (the movie) to answer some unanswered questions I was just left disappointed cause it doesnt compare to the movie. Idk I maybe wanted hannibal to get out and leave a trail for clarice to find him in some cat and mouse kind of game.
